Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you placed an order by mistake, contact hello@mysticlightbyadi.com immediately. A cancellation can be considered only if payment has not been processed and preparation or digital delivery has not begun.

Because access to digital materials can be immediate and personalised work cannot be returned, completed and delivered orders are generally non-refundable. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you receive the wrong file, cannot access the delivered material, or believe an order was charged more than once, contact us with the order details. We will review the issue and provide the correct access or an appropriate resolution.
